Plant the seeds for your legislator to support the Protect Our Parks Act and Save Our Forests Act
From Day One, the Trump Administration has unleashed one attack after another on our National Parks. These cherished and protected lands across America are often the last safe havens for endangered or threatened species of animals and plants, but also a major player in supporting state and national tourist economies. For decades Americans have been proud to fund support for these lands and the dedicated workers who care for them. But thanks to Trump, DOGE, and the Department of the Interior wanting to gut every last protection for our natural lands, our National Parks are facing the greatest risk of collapse since their opening. The Protect Our Parks Act and Save Our Forest Act would fully restore staffing levels in the National Parks, and ensure that these spaces remain accessible, safe, and well-maintained. Together, these two bills will safeguard our National Parks against Trump’s greed, and continue to fulfill our promise to be stewards of the land in which we live.
