Clackamas, OR – All are welcome to join our community event HANDS OFF VETERAN BENEFITS this upcoming Memorial Day Weekend for a peaceful rally honoring our brave veterans on Saturday, May 24, from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM, near Clackamas Town Center.
This peaceful demonstration is a chance for the community to stand united in gratitude for our Veterans AND in opposition to the current administration’s cutting the benefits our veterans were promised when they enlisted.
Our peaceful demonstration will create a space for unity, appreciation, and reflection—right here in the heart of Clackamas. Hands Off Veteran Benefits rally is about coming together to recognize the courage and service of those who’ve worn the uniform past and present.
Attendees are encouraged to bring signs, flags, and a spirit of community pride. Let’ stand together this Memorial Day Weekend to honor those who’ve given so much. NW corner of SE Sunnyside Rd & I205. Wheelchair friendly!
